A bit large, had to get some sizing strips

My visor is crooked and does not fit on my head correctly

Unfortunately my visor arrived and it was crooked and did not fit on my head correctly. I laid the visor flat on a table and sure enough, one side was on the table and the other side did not. I did not save my box or receipt and now I am without a decent visor.

Too large and no response for return

The hat is too large for me and I have not heard back about my request to return the hat.
