brim bent on replacement hat unfortunately , can you please assist
Hi guys
firstly I thank you for sending me a replacement hat that actually fits.
However when it arrived, with last Friday's mail, it had a brim that had an unfortunate crink in it.
the crink was on both sides -see pics attached please.
I tried to place flat heavy objects (i.e. books carefully placed) on both sides.
no luck-still has the the wooble in both sides.
Can you please assist.
still have the sturdy carboard box it arrived in.

Better than ANY other hat I have owned!
I have various hats, my late father had many as well but after purchasing one of these Kooringal hats - I believe it is a probably a Goodwin, in a blue colour - I can honestly say it is the best quality hat I have ever had. The felt is very thick and strong, it has held it's shape wonderfully over many years now and is still a pleasure to wear. For some reason, I do not have an issue with sweat rolling down my face into my eyes like the Akubras have always done to me working in the South Australian heat.
Lastly (and as far as I am concerned, probably least important to me personally) I still, since I bought it new, after many years and probably thousands of hours of use, have many people comment on how they like it and how good it looks. This NEVER happened whilst wearing ANY other brand of hat.
