Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
We will provide you with a return shipping label for the item(s) being returned. Please pack items to be returned in original packaging or utilize a box that can accommodate the size of item(s) being returned. Items damaged due to improper packaging will not be eligible for a refund.
Once the return is received, we will provide a refund for the purchase price of the item(s). Original shipping charges are not eligible for refunds.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will notify you that we have received your returned item for inspection. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card. You will only be refunded for the purchase price of the item, not including tax and shipping.
Please allow up to seven days for the credit to appear on your statement.
Shipping
We will provide you with a return shipping label for the item(s) being returned.
Exchanges
To exchange your item for a different print or fit, please treat your order as a return. Once you have returned your item, place a new order for your preferred item.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your item is delivered defective or damaged, you have 15 calendar days to contact us with your name, order number, and a clear picture of the item via the Support button in the bottom right of any page of our website.
If your item is damaged after delivery as a result of a manufacturing defect you have 60 calendar days from the date you received it to contact us with your name, order number, and clear picture of the item via the Support button in the bottom right of any page of our website.
Damaged or defective items are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

If you purchased your item from a third-party seller or retail store, please use them as your first point of contact for questions and concerns.
Many of our retailers have their own return or warranty policies, and we do our best not to infringe on their business.

3 years ago I purchased the Hazel style hat. I wore it constantly and loved it. In February 2022 my home went completely under in the Lismore floods. Days later I was emptying or my home and deciding what I could try to salvage. My hat got put into the pile, it was completely soaked in water that was putrid, dead animals, petrol, chemicals and sewerage..... you would think I would just throw it out. I love that hat and decided to wash it, scrubbed it and washed it again...several times to get the smell and mould of it. (Everything went mouldy within a couple of days). This Christmas I decided to shout myself a new one, the white in the old one had broken in several places, probably rusted. I still can't bring myself to row the old one out!!!.
I have attached a photo of the old and new for you to enjoy. I love this hat!!
